To best avoid infestations, we employ an integrated pest management (IPM) approach.

Our primary means of pest control and prevention is augmentation biocontrol. Beneficial insects are released on ALL new plants to help suppress thrips, spider mites, aphids, fungus gnats, etc. to the best of their (and our) ability.

Our favorite generalist predator is the Chrysoperla rufilabris aka Green Lacewings. Others we use include Stratiolaelaps scimitus and Amblyseius cucumerisConsider it an organic army fighting for you in your indoor jungle!
